This site belongs to Whitehead Land Services in Jacksonville, Alabama. Here’s what happens with the information you share here, in plain language.
What this site collects
The estimate request form collects your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you’re asking about, and your description of the job. There are no accounts, no payments, and no sign-ups on this site.
How it’s used
Your request goes to Joseph so he can call or email you back about your estimate. That’s it. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you won’t be added to a mailing list by submitting the form.
Form submissions are delivered to our email by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your submission only to deliver it.
Analytics
We collect basic analytics data so we can see how the site is being used. The site uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool from Ladiga Studios (the studio that built this site) that records which pages are viewed, the referring site, and the device type — with no cookies, no personal identifiers, and no way to follow you across other websites.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. Fonts and all other site files are served directly from this site, so pages don’t call out to third-party font or script services.
Photos and video
The job photos and video on this site are our own work, shown with the property owners’ permission. If your property is pictured and you’d like a photo taken down, reach out and it will be removed.
How long requests are kept
Estimate requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the job. If you’d like a past request deleted, just ask.
Your choices
You can contact us any time to ask what information we have from your requests, correct it, or have it deleted. Call (256) 368-7390 or email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how this site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change with it.
